Fund raising from investors and through public body grants along with the associated due diligence tasks have been key roles carried out within biotech companies. Our consultants have held senior roles in the operational aspects of medical research and development companies and have experience in managing large multifunctional teams to achieve development milestones within tight timelines.
We have a particular interest in the evaluation of university research programmes and intellectual property to identify potential applications within the healthcare industry. We can help to structure a spin-out opportunity by building business plans, assisting in company formation and identifying potential investors and in the project management of product development programmes
