Interim Management
Our consultants have occupied senior management positions in several companies over many years.
Where an immediate need arises for our particular expertise in a company, we can provide interim cover until a more permanent solution is found, providing either a named individual into a temporary post or using the combined experience of the BIFHIT team to cover more than one specialty.
Our previous experience in this role has suggested that an experienced individual with general management expertise can fit into most roles in a small company and can add considerable value during their tenure.
